A. Absolutely! In fact, we encourage that you receive any/all additional photos as well as a Walk-Around video!

Q. What is your Door-To-Door Delivery Program?

A. Our Door-To-Door Delivery Program means you can complete the purchase of your new vehicle online or over the phone while working with one of our sales guides, then have it delivered to your home or office within 24 hours.

Q. Who qualifies for the Door-To-Door Delivery Program?

Q. Can you really deliver anywhere?

Q. Who will deliver my new vehicle?

A. Russell Barnett Kia has a group of employees professionally trained to deliver your vehicle and assist you in completing the paper work.

Q. What happens if I don't have a trade-in?

A. No problem. If you don't have a trade-in, we will send a second driver and a chase car from our 100+ fleet & rental vehicles dedicated to this purpose.

Q. What happens if there is an error with the paperwork?

A. Russell Barnett Kia will correct the error and send revised paperwork for you to sign.
